“Nice Halls!” -Andrew McCarthy in Mannequin
(it makes sense, look it up!)
A mini-makeover can be just the thing to get your mind grapes going again when you have decorator’s block. The hall (which can be seen from the block-inducing living room) was still a sad shade of seafoam green tainting the whole place. This weekend, that hall is going to get nice zingy coat of paint–I can’t wait to reveal the final effect! For now, here is a sneak preview of the color we’ve selected.
You will notice the shades descend in awesomeness, so it was a fairly easy choice.
I love all of these colors! Looking forward to seeing the finished walls.
Thanks, Sharon! We’re almost there… just a few touch ups around the edges. Dark colors take more work, but I think it’s worth it!
Best. Paint. Names. Ever!
I’m assuming you did that, and it’s not a real swatch… right?
Ha, I WISH paint companies offered colors like that! Yes, we re-named the swatch colors. Maybe when my dream paint-naming job becomes available, you can provide a reference!
Too funny, I didn’t even notice “your” paint colors at first!
HA! I was also initially fooled by your paint names. Actually, I was going to find out which paint company it is so that I could make sure to use them the next time I paint.
Side note – I almost failed the capcha math question. Not good a good sign…
